Sourcing & Production
Our extra virgin olive oil comes directly from our family groves in Córdoba, Spain—the heart of the world’s olive oil production—where we have been harvesting for generations. We are proud to offer you an olive oil made using traditional farming techniques to ensure the best quality and taste.
While most olive oils are blends of older, lower-quality oils from various sources, we stay true to tradition: we hand-pick our olives early in the season to ensure the finest extra virgin olive oil from a single harvest.
Stored in stainless steel tanks with a special system to prevent oxidation, our extra virgin olive oil stays fresh and retains its highest quality for up to 14-15 months after harvest.
Sustainability
Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do — for ourselves, our communities and the planet.
Our olive trees serve as natural carbon sinks, helping to fight climate change.
Drought-resistant and water-efficient, they flourish with minimal resources while supporting biodiversity.
Our bottles are durable, reusable and designed to be both functional in your kitchen and elegant on any table.
In addition, our packaging is crafted from recycled materials, reinforcing our commitment to reducing our environmental footprint.
